The Urban War tournament at Final Fantasy was a roaring success with 22 players fighting it out on the day. The atmosphere was great, the competition was tough but fair, and the final honours went to Bennet (gold), Craig & Peter (joint silver), and Jamie (bronze). Thanks to all involved, and a special thanks to Jason for providing both the venue, and the mountain of doughnuts that kept everyone fueled up and fighting fit! You can read more here.

a cracking good tourney by all accounts. The agents of apocalypse finally
displaced Terry Gee from his usual top spot. Medals went to Chris Dunlop

Alan for running the event and Yvonne for putting up with him. You can read

As always we had a great time down in
St Helens where there was much eating of Eccles cakes. Congratulations go
to our very own Dougie Hamill and Chris
Dearman who were joint winners and Joe Speak who took bronze. Thanks again
goes to Barry who set up all the boards and helped with the judging and Phil
Walling for letting everyone beat him, well almost everyone. Read more here.

Titus IV Nero - Preview, available
soon.
The Nero CLAU was developed in response to reports from frontline legions
equipped with Scorpio battlesuits. More and more often they were encountering
heavily armoured enemy formations, and needed a specific counter to these
threats.
The Nero is a typical example of simple but brutally effective Junkers design.
Its basic chassis is identical to that of the Scorpio, and it is manufactured
on the same production lines, but a set of huge chain saws replace the Scorpios
cannon and manipulator arms. The result is a very powerful close combat weapons
platform; the diamond hard teeth of the chain saws can rip through the thickest
armour as if it was paper. Feel free to leave feedback in the forums.
